This heavy-duty deburring, grinding and polishing machine delivers reliable surface finishing for metal workpieces. It features a microcomputer control panel with digital display for simple operation. Equipped with Autonics photoelectric sensing system from South Korea, it effectively prevents abrasive belt deviation. The machine adopts a high-efficiency copper motor and heat-resistant aluminum reducer. Its conveying platform is made of 12mm laser-cut steel plate, processed by gantry milling and surface grinding for high precision and stable shape.

The variable-frequency drive conveyor supports adjustable speed for different workpieces. The whole steel frame undergoes gantry machining and high-temperature plastic spraying for corrosion resistance. It is fitted with wear-resistant conveyor belts and genuine Chint electrical components to ensure long service life and stable performance.
